Rich Clark has been negotiating complex contracts including purchase and sales agreements for almost two decades. With a background as an attorney serving the New Hampshire Seacoast for over 15 years, Rich has far more experience than most realtors in negotiating, contract drafting, and understanding how different situations impact buyers and sellers legally.

Rich is a Rye Beach native who is continuing the legacy of his family who were some of the founders of Rye Beach. Rich and his family currently lives in Portsmouth.
